Francesco Puntillo is Head of Legal, Corporate, Regulatory and Antitrust Affairs of Enel Group, the largest renewable private player and the first private network operator globally by number of grid customers served. With over twenty-five years of experience in the energy and infrastructure sectors, he has been involved in the most relevant transactions in the sector, assisting listed and unlisted companies, major national and multinational utilities, infrastructure funds, pension funds, insurance funds, and private equity funds. He has gained significant experience in infrastructure development projects, and in works and services contracts, by assisting developers and lenders in numerous infrastructure projects. From 2019-2023, he was a member of the Executive Committee of the law firm Gianni & Origoni where, from 2009, he also served as Co-Head of the Energy and Infrastructure Department.
